Custom Lanyards

Branding is extremely important. No, I’m not talking about branding cows… unless, of course, you are in the agriculture business. What I’m actually talking about is presenting a unified image and name to the public (and even your own internal workers) that ingrains your business into the minds of people easily. When you think of a popular brand name, you can also probably imagine either their logo, their commercial, or a little jingle that you might hear when walking throughout their establishment. By using high quality custom lanyards, you can quickly and easily take that same notion and apply it to your own business!
When you purchase custom lanyards, you are given quite a bit of different options to choose from. One of the most important options is the logo or name that you can choose to have printed on the lanyard itself. If you have a very detailed logo, such as one that wouldn’t be very recognizable without detailed color imagery, you may consider just placing your brand name on the lanyard instead. Otherwise, it’s not a bad idea to include your logo on the product itself, as this will make it even more recognizable to the customers. If you prefer, you can have both the logo and the name printed on next to each other.
Secondly, another very important facet of the customization process is the color. If you are going to the trouble to customize lanyards for your business or organization, you may as well pick a color that goes well with your company! If your company doesn’t have any specific color associated with it, it may be best to go with a dark or neutral color, as this is more likely to appeal to a wider audience within the general public. However, if your company is well known for frequently using a certain color (i.e. Target is Red, Wal-Mart is blue, etc) then it may be to your advantage to go ahead and go with that associated color, as it will help people make the connection to your establishment quicker.
In addition to color and patterns, you are also in control of much more on the custom lanyards. You may even be able to select the type of material that is used to produce your order. If so, it’s usually best to go with the most durable product strength, as you’ll end up getting the most usage time this way. Although you can save a bit of money up front by going with cheaper materials, you’re helping yourself out in the long run if you make the investment in better materials. And don’t worry, it will only cost you a few cents extra per lanyard.
If you’re using generic lanyards in your business, it may be time to consider switching over to customized lanyards that are designed to advertise as well, rather than just serve one distinct purpose. Whether you want to spread the word or deck out your employees, this is one investment that you can know is worth it.

Discount Lanyards

When it comes to running a successful business or organization, everyone knows that it’s important to save money wherever it’s possible. However, you also don’t want to sacrifice quality; buying low-quality products will just require you to invest more down the road and it will waste your time. This applies in every sector of a business – all the way from the company cars down to the lanyards that hold your ID tags. With the latter, however, you are at an advantage. Since you usually need to order those in bulk, it’s surprisingly easy to get discount lanyards that are still at a high standard in quality.
There are many benefits to cutting costs in this matter. For one thing, you may be able to actually purchase more than you initially planned on. Even the highest quality of materials will wear out over a few months or years, so especially if you have a large number of people who need the discount lanyards, it definitely doesn’t hurt to have a few extras. This also will keep you from having to place another order whenever you hire new employees or get new members in your organization. Giving them something like this will really help them feel officially welcomed and important.
So, how do you get discount lanyards? There are several ways. Of course, you could check around at local office stores and see if any of them are offering a sale on their products. However, your best bet for finding a great deal is actually on the internet! Because websites take less manpower and usually cost less to run than a physical storefront, you can usually get things a lot cheaper online than you could by visiting a real store. Price really does matter here – even if it’s just a few cents cheaper per lanyard to buy online, you can end up saving a lot of money over the years. Plus, they deliver your order straight to you – it couldn’t get any better!
Ok, so you it’s been established that you can still get a high quality discount lanyard – but don’t you at least have to sacrifice features? Many people assume that because they are getting a discount, they wouldn’t be able to get the type of customization that they’d really like to have for their organization or business. The good thing is that it’s actually not true – in many cases, you can get the discount applied to even intricate designs. Whether you want them to be a certain color, or if you want to have your company name plastered on them, or something along those lines, you are totally in control of what the final product looks like. Just because it is discount doesn’t mean you don’t get any input!
If you run a business or are involved in an organization that involves a lot of different people, lanyards can be a valuable solution to help make things more organized. By purchasing them at a discount, you can save money. The best part is that you don’t have to sacrifice quality or control to do so!
